Not worth the headache... at all
Ran the installation program off of the disc it came with and it ti did not work. After about an hour of head scratching, I finally got a generic scanner app to recognize the device and this was the result... yippee... The only reason why it's not 1 star is because it felt good to be able to get it to work at all

    great unit that does what it says it will do. manual and not automated, but that works out fine and the software is great to use. so far all I've played with is my Kodachrome collection. the image results have been good and it handles paper or plastic holders easily. great product for the money if you don't mind manual operations.

    Well, i regret that i hasn't read item reviews before buying it.. The device works, but it produces unusable result. Most of slides are too dark, and in this version of product there's no way to make it brighter.
